Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your mirror in its original protective foam and double-walled box to ensure it remains safe and undamaged during transit.

  Courier Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will schedule a specialized fragile-goods courier to collect the parcel from your doorstep at a convenient time.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
